THE CLAUDE MONET FOUNDATION AT GIVERNY<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0The Foundation’s website provides the history and background for the Clos Normand, the Water Garden, the Japanese Prints, Claude Monet, himself, a colorful layout of the property\u00a0 with all of the highlights and parking and access, and all of the practical information: address, entrance fees, access with the train or by car, opening times, restaurants and other helpful links.<\/p>\n

From Vernon train station you have several means of transport:\u2028\u2028Bus (line 240 – Vernon <> Giverny)
\nLocal bus service, leaving Vernon train station about 15 minutes after the arrival of train from Paris.
\nTaxis, \u2028\u2028bike rental, \u2028\u2028car rental \u2028\u2028and, for the more energetic, walking–taking into account a distance of 5 kms between Vernon station and the Claude Monet Foundation.
\nOpen exceptionally bank-holiday Mondays during this period.
\nWe regret to inform that dogs are forbidden in the foundation.
\nNo picnics are allowed.\u2028\u2028We remind you that booking is not possible for individual visitors.
