Parade\u00a0<\/strong>along the Champs Elys\u00e9es beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the Arc de Triomphe<\/p>\n

Bal du 13 juillet<\/strong>\u00a0– The July 13th Ball at the Bastille from 8 p.m. to midnight<\/p>\n

Bal des pompiers<\/strong>\u00a0– Fireman’s Ball – All of the neighborhood fire and rescue departments open their doors\u00a0July 13 and 14\u00a0<\/strong>for their annual balls with the fire brigade acting as the barmen<\/p>\n

Feux d\u2019artifice –<\/strong>\u00a0fireworks near the Eiffel Tower at 10:30 p.m. July 14
\nTour de France<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

“After leaving the heart of London and setting off the timers as it passes by the Greenwich Meridian, the peloton will speed off across Kent. Paris Cin\u00e9ma<\/a>\u00a0– film festival – An English version of this website is available<\/strong><\/p>\n

The outdoor film-loving population numbers about 75,000 partaking in 20 different locations (theatres, open air, etc.) at a cost of 4 euros for entry. Those films shown within the section “Paris Cin\u00e9Toile” are shown outdoors and are free.<\/p>\n

The kickoff for the festival takes place in front of the H\u00f4tel de Ville and is free.<\/p>\n

\nParis Plages takes place the last week of July and runs through the third week of August.

\nThe City of Paris has two and sometimes three beaches around the city; two along the Seine and one in the north of the city.
\nThe children’s’ pool is located across from l’\u00cele Saint Louis.
\nThe beach extends from the Louvre to the Pont de Sully \u2013 Port de la Gare \u2013 Bassin de la Villette.<\/p>\n
