Glancing at the\u00a0Arts in the City<\/a>‘s newsletter,\u00a0the headline \u201cReservez une nuit d\u2019h\u00f4tel \u00e0 l\u2019 Op\u00e9ra Garnier<\/a><\/em>\u201d\u00a0(Reserve a night at the Opera Garnier) caught my eye.\u00a0Mark your calendar and keep your computer open!\u00a0Reservations open March 1 at 6 pm (CET-Paris).\u00a0 The\u00a0first date to\u00a0reserve is July 16.\u00a0Sit down for the next piece of information: 37 Euros a night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Opera National de Paris<\/a>  and Air BnB<\/a> are collaborating for an extraordinary experience: a one-night stay in the Box of Honor. This loge<\/em> (box) usually reserved for visiting dignitaries (without the bed, of course).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGuests will sleep in the largest opera box in the Palais Garnier – the Box of Honour – a room normally reserved for visiting dignitaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The best location in the house to take in the architectural beauty of the Palais Garnier and its stage.
– A tour of hidden areas in the Palais, rarely seen by the public, including the Opera\u2019s incredible private archives and famous underground lake featured in the famous novel.
