While on a project of reviewing older Colleen’s Paris blog posts and archiving some, I came across the cemeteries and maps post<\/a>. Paris may be the city of lights, but it is also the city of cemeteries. For all who enjoy the peace and quiet and sculptures of Paris cemeteries, one of the out of the ordinary is the Cemetery for the Dogs (Cimeti\u00e8re des chiens<\/a>). The city of Asni\u00e8res-sur-Seine is celebrating the 120th anniversary the third weekend in September, which is also the annual Journ\u00e9es europ\u00e9ennes du patrimoine<\/a> (Heritage Days in Europe). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
